Mouton Rothschild: A prestigious wine of the best quality

Castle Mouton Rothschild is one of the most prestigious red wines from the Bordeauxregion. Its reputation is well stablished and is classified "Premier Grand Cru Classé" according to the official classification of Bordeaux wines of 1855. If Mouton Rothschild is so famous, it is because of two reasons: the first is that the label of each bottle is illustrated by an internationally renown artist; the second reason is that the ministry of agriculture has promoted the Mouton Rothschild to the rank of "Premier Grand Cru Classé".
Despite some irregular vintages during the years 1970 and 1980, today Mouton Rothschild shines among Bordeaux wines. In addition the quality of this great wine is constantly on the top, with an exceptional vintage in 2009.
